Mould Inspection & Testing

COMPREHENSIVE MOULD INSPECTION

Visual inspection throughout the home & furnishings, including roof cavities and sub floors as well an outdoor environmental inspection of the property. Using state of the art equipment such as thermal cameras, humidity readers, moisture meters and endoscopes.
Identifying the cause of mould and moisture issues.
Detailed report including recommendations, scope of works and cost to remediate.

* Additional testing is charged at $175.00 each.

3 x Air-o-cell and/or surface tests (more tests can be performed if deemed necessary).
Full independent laboratory report.
Characteristics of mould species identified and potential impacts on human health.

Non Toxic Mould Remediation

Full PPE is worn by all of our Mould Technicians.
Containment walls to be erected to reduce potential cross contamination where necessary.
UVC/ HEPA Filter Air Scrubbers to be installed prior to any remedial works takes place to mitigate the airborne spore load and protect worker and occupant health and safety.
Remove, conceal and dispose of contaminated building materials, including contaminated items within the home such as furniture and personal items, conceal as per the IICRC/ Australian Standard Regulations and disposed of.
Removal of settled fungal particulates via HEPA-filtered vacuuming as per the IICRC/ Australian Standard for professional mould remediation.
A complete surface wipe-over with an all-natural, non-toxic anti-microbial detergent to all affected areas, including windows/ frames and tracks throughout.
Structural drying to take place where necessary.
An application of Enzycleanse is then applied to the affected space.
